  • 2021,
    a new way of
    working

2021 marks a new way of working for many businesses around the UK.

With restrictions lifting and a return to normality on the horizon, businesses need to decide how best to move forward with the increasing demand for flexible working.

As recognised across the entire UK, the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed many business’s views on where and how their staff work.  Now is the time for managers to think about how their teams will continue to work post lockdown and how best they can provide support, wherever their teams are working.

It is expected many businesses will receive more flexible working requests from their teams to include roles taking place from the office, home, or a flexible mix of the two.

As stated by the HSE Guidelines, all companies have a duty of care to their staff ensuring all team members are working in an optimal work environment whether that be from the office or at home, as well as figuring out how best to support the mental health and morale of their teams.

Remember, no matter where you or your team are working, EIZO is here to help.
